Job Summary

We are seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to execute daily inventory audits, manage member entrance verification, and deter merchandise shrinkage. This position offers reliable shift scheduling to support optimal personal and professional balance. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Audit Execution: Conduct a minimum of 15 daily high-value merchandise scans using inventory management terminals and handheld scanners to reconcile stock discrepancies.
• CCTV Surveillance Monitoring: Monitor 64 closed-circuit television security cameras across the facility continuously to identify and document potential shrinkage incidents.
• Incident Report Documentation: Complete 100 percent of electronic incident reports within 2 hours of occurrence utilizing proprietary security database software.
• Receipt Verification Protocols: Check member receipts at exit lanes at an average rate of 180 members per hour to ensure transaction accuracy.
