• Payroll Processing: Verify weekly timesheets for 350 hourly employees using Kronos to ensure accurate compensation calculations before payroll submission.
• Benefits Administration: Enroll 45 new hires monthly into health insurance and 401(k) plans through the Workday HRIS platform while verifying eligibility documents.
• Record Maintenance: Audit 120 personnel files quarterly to maintain compliance with federal labor regulations and internal audit standards.
• Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate orientation sessions for cohorts of 15 candidates weekly, collecting completed tax forms and issuing identification badges.
