- Transaction Management: Execute cash and credit card refunds up to $500 using an electronic cash register with an accuracy rate exceeding 99 percent.
- Account Resolution: Resolve member account discrepancies by investigating purchase histories and updating demographic data in the centralized database.
- Executive Upgrades: Upgrade a minimum of 15 standard memberships to Executive tiers per shift by communicating specific cash-back rewards data.
