- Tire Installation: Mount and dismount a minimum of 35 tires daily using pneumatic changers and wheel balancers.
- Safety Inspection: Inspect tread depth, tire pressure, and sidewall integrity using digital depth gauges to ensure compliance with DOT standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily physical inventory counts of 500+ tire SKUs utilizing proprietary warehouse management software.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform weekly calibration and safety checks on hydraulic lifts, torque wrenches, and air compressors.
