Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Data Reconciliation: Process weekly accounts payable ledgers and reconcile financial discrepancies across 45 distinct cost centers using SAP.
• Document Compliance: Audit 120 employee personnel files monthly to ensure strict adherence to federal labor regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Inventory Tracking: Reorder office supplies and maintain hardware asset inventories for 350 staff members utilizing Microsoft Excel and Oracle Procurement.
• Schedule Management: Coordinate executive calendars, book travel arrangements, and format quarterly board meeting agendas using Microsoft Outlook.
