Job Summary

The Online Order Associate accurately picks, packs, and stages customer orders for warehouse pickup and delivery. Team members coordinate daily with logistics supervisors to maintain order accuracy. You will serve as On-site, delivering the signature Methodical that sets Costco apart in the retail fulfillment.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Selects items from warehouse shelves utilizing RF scanners to fulfill an average of 45 orders per hour.
• Packaging Verification: Inspects merchandise for damage and applies appropriate packing materials to ensure zero transit damage.
• Inventory Staging: Organizes completed orders into designated staging zones using electric pallet jacks within established time windows.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Logs inventory shortages directly into the SAP warehouse management system to update stock levels.
