Job Summary

The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and staging member orders using RF scanners. This role offers defined pathways to supervisory positions within 18 months of consistent performance. You will serve as On-site, delivering the signature Methodical that sets Costco apart in the warehouse logistics.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Picking and Verification: Pick an average of 115 customer orders per hour using Zebra RF scanners while maintaining a 99.8 percent accuracy rating.
• Inventory Staging and Palletization: Build and wrap 45 to 60 stable wooden pallets per shift utilizing electric pallet jacks in accordance with corporate safety guidelines.
• System Auditing: Conduct daily cycle counts of 150 high-value stock keeping units in the warehouse management system to reconcile physical inventory discrepancies.
• Internal Training Compliance: Complete 40 hours of annual advancement training modules to qualify for senior inventory specialist and shift supervisor promotions.
