Job Summary

The online fulfillment department manages digital orders from placement to staging. Associates advance into supervisory positions through demonstrated accuracy and completion of internal training modules. You will serve as On-site, delivering the signature Methodical that sets Costco apart in the warehouse operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Retrieve items for 45 digital customer orders per hour using an RF scanner and motorized pallet jack.
• Inventory Auditing: Conduct daily cycle counts of 200 inventory SKUs using the AS400 warehouse management system to ensure stock accuracy.
• Quality Control: Inspect 120 outgoing packages daily to verify correct item quantities, weight limits, and durable shrink-wrap application.
• Staging Management: Organize 300 prepared pallets into designated shipping lanes within a 15-minute window prior to carrier dispatch.

Requirements & Qualifications
