- Order Processing: Monitor 1200 daily business-to-business online orders utilizing Manhattan Active Omni order management software to guarantee fulfillment metrics.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate shipping schedules with 45 primary suppliers via EDI protocols to reduce transit delays by 14 percent.
