Job Summary

The Maintenance and Security Technician inspects, tests, and repairs facility infrastructure while monitoring physical security systems. This position ensures adherence to all regulatory compliance standards and corporate operating procedures. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment, refrigeration units, and HVAC systems using multimeters, power tools, and diagnostic software.
• Security Monitoring: Monitor closed-circuit television systems, electronic access control panels, and fire alarm systems to detect unauthorized access or facility hazards.
• Incident Response: Respond to emergency security calls, facility alarms, and equipment failures within 3 minutes to mitigate property damage and ensure personnel safety.
• Inventory and Compliance: Conduct weekly audits of safety equipment, emergency eyewash stations, and fire extinguishers, logging all inspections in the corporate asset management database.
