Job Summary

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Industrial Equipment Operation: Operate Hobart commercial mixers, multi-deck ovens, and automated bread slicers to produce up to 1200 bakery units per shift.
• Inventory and Quality Control: Conduct temperature logs on walk-in refrigeration units every 4 hours using digital data loggers to ensure HACCP compliance.
• Sanitation Execution: Sanitize production surfaces and bakery machinery daily using quaternary ammonium sanitizing solutions according to USDA sanitation guidelines.
• Yield Management: Monitor raw ingredient usage through the inventory tracking system to maintain waste percentages below 2 percent of total stock.
