Job Summary

- Floor Maintenance: Operates rider scrubbers and buffers to clean 150,000 square feet of concrete flooring daily.
- Sanitation Management: Disinfects 45 restroom fixtures and common areas every two hours using approved chemical solutions.
- Waste Management: Empties and sorts 30 industrial waste and recycling bins into compactors throughout each shift.
- Equipment Upkeep: Performs daily maintenance and battery charging procedures on 4 industrial cleaning machines.
